This level of membership is designed for clients right at the start of their journey. They are probably sleep deprived, second guessing everything and just generally stressed out by everything. This level of membership gives the most support for new clients who just don't know where to start. This is the recommended starting point for clients, for the first 3 months, you can then choose to downgrade once you feel more in control!

This level of membership is designed for those who really are at a loss as to where to start, you are probably sleep deprived and just want someone to hold your hand and guide you. You may have watched the videos, resonate with them but struggle to work out what steps to take. Clients start out at this level for a minimum of 3 months, to enable you to get the most support as you start out. You can choose to downgrade after this point at any time, but getting support early on can make all the difference for your family's journey.

  • Why are there different Membership levels?

    We offer 3 levels of membership, these are designed to support you through your journey. When you start out you join as a Caterpillar, you stay at this level for a minimum of 3 months up to as long as you need! Once you are feeling more in control you can switch to the Chrysalis level which has a lower level of support. For those clients who are pretty much in control again and just need time to do it's thing the Butterfly membership is for you. You will still have access to the educational content and many members want to stay to keep learning how to help other members of the family. Many clients have described the membership as the best money they have ever spent to support the health of the whole family.

  • How much time will I need to dedicate to this membership?

    Rebecca describes this as a journey, there are not set timelines for completion of content or for achieving results. Everyone's journey is different. We recommend you take this journey at your own pace, so you can choose to spend an hour a week or 10 hours a day absorbing the content provided. Joining the Caterpillar Membership straight away gives you more guidance from the start and you can get your answers more quickly and then once control has been achieved you will feel you have more time to dig into the content from a general wider learning perspective!

  • Will I have access to the content if I cancel my membership?

    You will have access to the content online while you are an active member. Once membership is cancelled then this access is removed. There are different levels of membership so we encourage people to reach out to ask about membership options if they struggle with the cost.

  • How long can I be on the Caterpillar Membership level?

    There is no maximum time for being part of the caterpillar membership, we encourage members to start applying the things they learn to their own health once they are in control of their children's eczema! The caterpillar membership is designed to kick-start your journey then you can move to a different membership option to keep receiving support after the first 3 months. Most clients think that they need lots of 1-2-1 time with Rebecca but it really isn't needed! As you get started the group support calls are there to educate you and empower you and you will see that you can do this, trust us!

  • Is there a minimum period of time I need to be a member?

    Many clients remain members while they are on their journey to take control. Rebecca envisaged creating a community of families who are all learning and sharing their knowledge. New content is always being created and we want to make this a safe and trusted place where you come to learn. Once families sign up there is a minimum of 3 months on the Caterpillar membership before we allow a downgrade, this is done to ensure clients get the help and support they need. If you are struggling with finances then we encourage people to reach out and we will see how we can help. Of course you can cancel at anytime, this is not a contract just know that access to content will be lost on cancellation.
