The Eczema Expert's Community is a Private Sector Private Community which uses naturopathic principles, diet, herbal programs and energy healing to clean, rebuild and restore the human mind, body and spirit. As a Private Sector Private Community, we offer information and guidance pertaining to diet, herbs and your emotional well-being. Our Community also uses Iridology to observe genetic weaknesses and lymphatic stagnation within the body. Membership to the community is free, your signature is considered your pledge of acceptance to the terms of this Membership Agreement.

The information provided by the Eczema Expert Team is based upon the studies and experience of Rebecca Bonneteau, a woman currently living in the United Kingdom. She has a lifetime of experience of growing up with eczema amongst many other health issues. She went on to study Nutrition, Herbal Medicine & Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and Spirituality, Detoxification and Iridology in Florida, USA with Robert Morse, N.D. She continues to learn and educate herself in order to understand more about our existence and share these lessons with her community

The Eczema Expert community's primary objective is to educate and support individuals and families to become, once again, responsible for their own health and well-being. We support freedom of choice for individuals and work to present a balanced view of health interventions available for members.

Representatives of the Eczema Expert Community whom provide services or information, do so as empowerment and guidance coaches and not in the capacity of licensed health care providers.

Your Agreement

I enter into this Participation Agreement of my own free will, for myself, on behalf of my dependent minor, or as a permanent caretaker of an incapacitated person for whom I am legally responsible, without any pressure or promise of a “cure.” I choose to establish this agreement between myself and The Eczema Expert's Community for the express purpose of exchanging information pertaining directly to empowering one to achieve their best health, the natural way.

I understand:

that no ‘doctor-patient’ relationship exists, rather an at-will educational and empowering mutual relationship. I understand it is my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by any of the Eczema Expert team, and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks and desirability of any information provided.
that any information shared by representatives of The Eczema Expert Community including (but not limited to) diet, nutritional, herbal, homeopathic, fasting, or any other health information, is solely for educational purposes only and does not involve or include diagnosing, prognosticating, treatment, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of diseases and should not be considered a substitute for medically necessary diagnostics.
that the application of any learned techniques intended to remedy my personal health considerations without a medical doctor’s approval, is also of my own free will and is considered an act of exercising my constitutional/human rights.
that all records or documents remain the property of Eczema Expert Community, even when I retain a copy. The privacy and security of records maintained within Eczema Expert Community are strictly protected, documentation will only be released when requested in writing personally from the participant.
that I can withdraw from this Agreement and terminate my membership at any time.
that if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other team-member or other member of this Private Sector Private Community, my membership will be dismissed, and access to all services will cease.
that this agreement is intended to establish a mutual trust, relationship, and understanding. I recognise my signature upon this agreement entitles me to access membership benefits as long as I remain an active member.
that membership provides exclusive access to, a variety of Clinic Services (a full listing of services can be found in your programs), educational information, Emotional Freedom Technique Sessions, personalised herbal recommendations, and educational videos and messages shared by Rebecca Bonneteau personally.
that this is a journey, and I am the leader; Representatives of the Eczema Expert Community are just guides/support. They are here if I need any help, but it is my responsibility to take each step.

I agree:

to be on time for all scheduled calls/appointments I book or be in contact inside the community ideally (although we understand this isn’t always possible!) 24 hours in advance if something comes up in my schedule.
to be open minded and open to learning and agree to communicate in a direct and honest way.
to give feedback from a constructive, loving, and supportive place, and understand that this community has been set up to benefit all members.
to respect and support all other families and individuals in the community and communicate with them as I would wish to be communicated with.
to waive all HIPAA privacy rights and complaint processes (USA), and understand that The Eczema Expert Community does not participate in medical insurance plans, or collections on behalf of any member, but will provide a suitable invoice for the member to pursue reimbursement by their own insurance company, if applicable.
to hold harmless any member or representative of The Eczema Expert Community with whom I communicate in any manner. I assume total responsibility and liability for my actions.
not to file a malpractice lawsuit against a fellow member of The Eczema Expert Community, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil. I further acknowledge that members of The Eczema Expert Community do not carry malpractice insurance as they are not medical professionals.
that violation of any terms or clauses within this agreement will result in a no-contest legal proceeding against me.
that my actions in this community (including electronic communications) are solely of my own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any government agency in the UK or overseas, whose purpose is to regulate and approve products, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation. My activities within the Eczema Expert Community are considered a private matter that I refuse to share with any government, health care body or my own insurance company without express written permission.
that Team Members of The Eczema Expert Community may discuss openly and freely, my personal health concerns as well as solutions to these issues, amongst each other.
