What is included in Free Membership

In today's world it can be hard to share the kind of information we do. Simply put the health industry have a vested interest in keeping people in a state of dependency on their products i.e. sick. My belief is that anyone can change their health should they choose to educate themselves and take ownership. I also believe that no one should be constantly needing to take medication or nutritional supplements given the right support for their body (some extreme exceptions will apply here of course!).

I have set up as a private membership club to ensure a space where all members can speak freely without fear. The free membership is run on a private platform, and you will have access to all the benefits listed once you activate your account. I do have a facebook group, however this is not where I will give the most support, due to continued restrictions of social media platforms for natural health groups.

The educational content is really the foundation of what I do, I give you access to all my educational content. On top of this you gain access to the online community chat, held on a private platform, which you can access via an app or on your computer. This allows you to connect with others in the community, share stories, ask questions and generally feel part of a community of like minded souls all trying to achieve the same goal...taking control of eczema naturally.

What's Included?

All the online programs are included in this free membership. It's there for you to access whenever you need, because I can't be on hand to answer those questions in the middle of the night! I have done my best to organise the content into courses that you can go through at your leisure. Access to the content is through your account either online (through the "member portal" link in the menu above or via the mobile app (free to download).

The programs are categorised below and you can click through to learn more about what is included in each course should you wish. The categories are:

Emotional Support courses which are there to help you understand how and why you can't just address this as a physical condition.

Mindset Magic - Adults

This course will take you though a process to change how you think about eczema. This is the starting point, prior to any of the other courses! If you try to skip it you will slow down your progress later and will kick yourself for not heeding our warning!

Mindset Magic - Children

This course will take your child though a process to change how they see their eczema. This program helps children understand the journey you are about to undertake and get them on board for an easier time!

Love Letter Directory

Each month between January 2020 and August 2023 we create a themed love letter to send out to members. These are basically news letters created and sent with love. You can access the full back catalogue and read through the different articles.

Eczema Evolution - The Basics

The basic get started guide to why you can't just deal with eczema like it's a skin condition. This course also includes a number of others resources to help you start your journey.

Eczema Evolution

The Eczema Evolution Programme is my main course for those who are looking to get to the root of the eczema. You will have access to the Live Summer School recordings as well as handouts and additional content designed to help you piece things together for yourself. The course is split into 12 modules which can easily be covered over 12 weeks, or quicker if you have more time on your hands. Each module could be covered in roughly 2-3 hours, there is always additional reading that is suggested if you should need to dig a little deeper in certain areas too.

Q&A Bank

The first port of call for anyone with a question. Odds are someone already asked it so why wait, check out the Q&A bank where there is over 1 years worth of weekly Q&A sessions that were run by myself. I have grouped the answers to the questions for you into handy topics too, making it much easier for you to find the kind of answers you may be looking for.

Iridology

The eyes are the window to the soul, indeed if we know what we are looking at we can use the detail in the iris to identify areas of genetic inherited weakness and lymphatic stagnation in the body. Iridology is one of the tools I use for the initial health analysis and if you would like to learn how to interpret your own eyes then you can with access to the live recordings from Summer School 2020. I take you through a step by step learning process building up your understanding of what you can look for in the eyes and how to interpret this.

Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Flowers are the amazing remedies we use to support our emotional well-being. I have been using them for years and shifted many parents from stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, jealous etc to calm, cool and collected even when their child is scratching! This course takes you through each remedy individually and gives you access to the Summer School classes discussing the 38 remedies. You will also have access to handouts and information our how and where to purchase along with how to mix your own remedy.

Essential Oils

Your guide to getting started using essential oils. I want to teach you how you can identify which oils might be helpful as part of your home toolkit. With us each having a unique makeup there will be certain oils that will be great for each individual. We don't need all of them, just a select few will do. This course will help you identify the properties of essential oils and teach you which organs and systems they support, meaning you can select relevant oils to purchase based on your own health information.

Herbs

Your guide to getting started using herbs. I want to teach you how amazing herbs are, and how to identify some simple herbs and remedies you can safely introduce into your daily life to support your journey. I group herbs by the systems and organs they support in the body and combining this with the Eczema Evolution course will help you identify which herbs may help you personally.

Healing Crisis Management

This is the course which addresses how to manage when those acute symptoms pop up. Things like fever, coughs, runny nose etc. I have videos to explain what is going on in the body to help you cope with confidence. I share simple at home remedies that you can use to support the body during a healing crisis and help you identify what you might want to have at home in your natural first aid kit.

Recipe Bank

This is the space I have created to share inspiration when it comes to food. We invite people to submit great recipes they know and love, which are healthy and have been a hit with their families. Many people think healthy eating is hard, but with a few easy changes and some inspiration it really doesn't have to be difficult.

Case Study Course
