Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm), Tilia europea (Lime Blossom) & Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile)
Internal Dose: 1 tsp infused in 100ml (3fl oz) of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and get them to drink as much as they can. Check that the tea is cool before giving.

Topical Dose: 1 tbsp infused in 1 litre of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and pour into bathtub and allow them to soak for 15-20 minutes. Or soak cloth and use as a compress on forhead and back of the neck.
