How ongoing support works post 3 months...

Once you have your initial health analysis and are on your personalised protocol you are well on your journey. However, we don’t want to leave you on your own at that critical time, so we have 4 different ongoing support options available for you. For those of you who have been following us for a while will recognise the names of the levels! We have worked to simplify the offering to make it easier for you to select the level of support relevant to you.

We regularly assess and update how we work to ensure we are able to support as many people as possible. Ongoing Support Levels

Once you have completed the initial 3 months with the unlimited support calls, you should have an idea of what level will work for you going forward. You can always change levels as you see fit, we know the healing journey is a rollercoaster so you can always upgrade or downgrade your level to reflect the level of support you need at that moment.

1-2-1 Follow-up Sessions

For most cases a followup session will be recommended every 2-3 months until you find your symptoms go away. You have an initial and 1 followup session included in the Initial Health Analysis package, the below is the details for after you have used these. There are 2 follow-up sessions available to choose from, if you are wanting to discuss just one case then 30 minutes is enough, if you would like to discuss 2 cases (for example a parent and child) then a 45 minute call will be needed. After each session you will receive an updated protocol. Any new remedies discussed and agreed on will be charged once they have been shipped.

The amount of time healing will take will depend on how severe your case, how much you dive into following the recommendations made, and how open you are to learning how to change the way you see the eczema. Everyone’s journey looks different, and we can’t predict the amount of time it will take, but what we can tell you is that the more resistance to change people have, the longer it all takes!
