We regularly assess and update our membership journey & costs to ensure we are offering the support members need. *Minimum of 3 months as a Caterpillar member, after this you can choose to downgrade to either Chrysalis or Butterfly depending on your level of support required.
**After 9 months of membership you have the option to move to yearly membership to continue to have access to basic support and 1-2-1 sessions should you wish.
1-2-1 Sessions with Rebecca
All new Caterpillar members are given 1 x 45 minute 1-2-1 and 1 x 30 minute 1-2-1 with Rebecca. Extra 1-2-1 sessions can be added whenever required and are charged as below. For most members the group sessions and education focus is what they need to take control, others prefer the 1-2-1 guidance, this is up to you. 1-2-1 sessions are available to any supported member.
